The Foundation implements the following activities to meet the objectives above:

• organization and implementation of sport and physical activities for the disadvantaged people

• organization an implementation of cultural activities for the disadvantaged

• organization and implementation of seminars, trainings, study visits for organizations and people from the target groups

• organization of awareness raising campaigns in local, regional and national media to reach normal citizens and make them aware of problem areas and good practices of social integration in the EU

• assisting organizations, companies, local and educational institutions in the application of European development policies, participation in programs of the European Union and European collaboration networks

 

The Foundation has very good partnerships and joint activities with orphanages, schools with children from socially marginalized families of with disabilities, agencies for protection of children’s rights, NGOs working with children, local and regional authorities, local and regional media in Plovdiv region. Printed, TV and online media in Bulgaria reflects Courage Foundation initiatives reaching hundreds of thousands of citizens in their everyday life and making them reflect on issues important at European level.

Authorities of the Foundation are: Chairman, Executive Director, Founders – donators, and respectively Donators Council.

Currently there are 4 full time and 4 part time people working in the Foundation on different projects.

The Foundation finances its activities from private donations and EU programs.
